I spoke with customer support via chat and they used my ID to go into my account. They said they credited the reward to me, but it still shows as unclaimed. I asked if it was a glitch they could look into and they said they would.

You have your picture in portrait format and please turn your device and you can see everything in queer format. Just turn your device in your hand.

Turn your device off and on again and please empty the cache and please try to play a level. Then it could be there. Sometimes it's just a time lag. It will update as you play. Good luck

Only because I didn’t need it at the time. I already had the 15 min. color bomb. I needed the coloring candy reward because when you combine the two, it wipes out an entire board and can really help you get through an ultra-hard level. So I took the Tier 1 bonuses first. When I went back to claim that lowest reward, I couldn’t. The rewards should be available whenever you’re ready for them. I’m sure it’s just a glitch they will sort out. Thank you everyone. Nope really not happy about this , I set aside time to play and can't do a thing , I have now paid for the premium royal path

twice , It said pending in my apple account so I , purchased again but the game did the same thing ticked all the boxes as if I got the prizes and gave me nothing ...Apple says pending ...very frustrating ....yet it gave me the 100 gold bars I paid for at the same time and that shows pending too ...go figure ....so no boosters and the path shows ticks as if I collected ....
