Sorry, on purchases you need to contact "Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.
Here is what you will need:
- *User ID#
- *Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot *Or any issues you have, like "Error Codes", etc...
- *Name Of Game
- *Device You Play On
- What is my User ID and where can I find it? — King Community

You can use the above link to contact support, or use the contact us thru the game.
Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars" and they will be able to give you a solution!
Be sure to answer the automated response you get. I would say "Support" is backlogged now because of the virus. So expect "Delays".

How about you tried these steps that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Thanks for the answer but I don’t want the premium. Look on the bottom left of my photo. Right underneath the word “Get”. You will see an unclaimed prize under the “Free” column. I can’t claim it because the banner across the bottom that reads “Get Premium to unlock all the rewards” is in the way. I don’t want premium, I only want the free one at the bottom left column. That banner prevents me from claiming it.

Hello again. Yes I did try, I pushed and held it as high up as I could and tried to press claim at the same time, without success. I’ve tried everything, even changing the orientation from portrait to landscape. I will report it as you’ve suggested. Thank you kindly. Stay safe.
