As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
It has been few weeks on since I saw Kimmy’s Arcade. Maybe we need to post on that thread like we do here. 🤔
I've seen it several times before in BGH. The worst for me is probably the bubble bear level we've sometimes had as the 5th level. The one split into 3 (or 4?) parts. When thats there I usually don't waste my time playing.
The fifth level is really very difficult.
Probably the hardest I've seen in BGH.
This level is from the recently appeared episodes of CCSS.
It took me a long time to complete this level in the episode race.
Therefore, this level is familiar to me. It is difficult to pass it, but possible.
Yes that 5th level is as bad if not worse than the one last week.
In the future just change the date a day back on your phone or computer before opening the app. Then if BGH or whatever you're waiting for hasn't shown yet, you won't lose the 2 hour booster/Daily Bonus🙂.
No Arcade here either, but the last couple of weeks I had it, I didn't get any usefull boosters from it anyway, mostly stripes.
Yes it’s the same “normal” BGH that we had before, level 4 and more level 5 are very hard. But hey I think I am out of the control group who doesn’t get BGH, so that is okay. But also, since I get BGH lately, I don’t get Kimmy’s Arcade anymore 🤔. Another control group? 🧐

A pleasant surprise yesterday, BGH suddenly appeared after months without it. It’s all chocolates, I don’t mind that, just hope It will last long enough for me to earn some gold bars.....

Since I get BGH the last 2 weeks, and I have it today too 🎉🎉, I deliberately wait to open the game until it is 5 pm CET. When we had BGH regular (somewhere last year) it always appeared at 5 pm CET. Now I can play BGH again, with my Daily Bonus. Grateful 😌

Last week I had bubble hill I played on it all weekend , now I don’t have it and I’m so disappointed that I have nothing to do all weekend , can I please have it back I have updated and still nothing I redownloaded and I lost all my stripes and candy just so I can bubble hill back , please give it back

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
