I accepted the new terms and conditions this morning, after accepting, the app put be on level 1. I have been playing a long time and was over level 5000, I’m so upset about this!!

Check whether you are correctly logged into the game with your login details. The general terms and conditions only apply if you have logged out of the game with your King account.
I updated my app, played levels 1 & 2 how do I clear the cache?

Please look for the update and update your game and clear the cache. Please open the app and play a level and finish it. Then empty the cache and reopen it. Then you should be back at your original level.
