Candy Crush Soda Saga Troubleshooting
Since Feb. 8th my game downloads but can not have access to my level. have deleted the game reinitialized my ipad downloaded the update and still not working. Is there a problem with the game? no problem playing with candy crush tho. I've deleted candy crush soda saga from my facebook. will check later once I get home if that was the problem.

ihave the same problem ,have reset password but stil no response

Hi guys removed the app on Facebook then I was able to log and added back with Facebook and finally was able to start and was back to my level phew ;)

I'm glad to hear the game finally reloaded. It's an issue currently affecting many players and the Studio is still working on it.
