Hello @Shellv Well the links are working perfectly when I try 🙂. However, best way to contact Player support is directly via your game: click on the blue gear, click on question mark, click on Purchases & Gold Bars , Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days. Thank you

I’m sorry, I thought I was clear when I said that the links are not working, then I get an email asking me to click on the links. Not helpful. I guess I spend my Saturday morning on the phone with my bank disputing the charge. All I wanted was an email address. I guess that’s asking too much.
