Hello i dont have events since 3 weeks ago, i was suggest by @Pitty_Kitty to open a discusion, after i clean my caché toffe fair apear but thats all, my user ID is 1514256966, my device model is IPhone 11 MWLU2LZ/A (my software is updated) also my game is in the versión 1.186.3 can you help me

thank you for reaching back and providing additional infos. From the look of it, your map looks up to to date, indeed. Version 1.187.4 is on its way to be released for Apple platform too, maybe that will help. It's possible that currently there are no events but there could be in the future. events and features are usually given out to groups of randomly selected players. Still, 3 weeks with no event are a bit odd.
Let me check this out with community manager, maybe we'll get some insight about this. But we'll have to wait for Monday because she's not at the office in the weekend

Apologies for the delay @koolmafer08 we are in the midst of community structure renovations. Did your teams feature disappear too? Or did you never have it?
Did you notice anomalies in your game? Is your game running smooth? we can investigate on this.
About the events, 3 weeks without are a bit odd it's not abnormal either. You may be temporarly missing out on events because the game studio is balancing out events on different groups of players. We can't do much on our end if that's the case and we rule out technical anomalies. Let's do this, let's wait for the update and a week (secret Sweetheart is supposed to end) , make sure you have at least 2 GB of free memory and repeat these troubleshooting steps ( play levels - close game - clear cache - switch off signal/ wifi - wait 10 seconds - switch on signal - open game) . Let me know what happens. Thank you for your patience 😃

No, that wouldn't change anything. As I understand you have teams and Mr Toffe Fair active now. Which is a good sign. I'd say to wait and see if you get an event after secret sweetheart which ends in a week. To check if you happened to just miss out on SSW.
If it makes you feel better I stopped getting Kimmy's Arcade and BGH since last December because these 2 events seem to be given out to a limited group of players. So if you wish to get those events in particular I can keep you company during the waiting 😅
