As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Yes BGH active now 24 hrs and with 20 energy only😀

I'm being charged fifty energy points this is crazy and a big RIP off. Guess what I will be discontinuing this game I already spend to much I'll be damned if I'm going to spend gold bars for energy also. You guys sure know how to make every one drop the game. Way to go

Yep, I had BGH before I went to work this morning...Should of had it until 12:00 AM EST but just got home 4:25 PM and its gone! Such a tease-😔

Mine costs 30 energy. If you have passed the last level, you will get the message: Oops, the chewing gum troll is causing problems on our servers. And you get ...... Nothing. No 6 lollipops, nothing, just nothing.

i got it too but noticed it costs 30 energy to play now so you only get 3 tries - ued to cost 10!!!!
The price for playing has gone up since I last had it. 30 instead of 10. No problems with the first 4 levels. The 5th needs some luck which I had as I could set up a colourball/colourbomb using a hammer. No chocolate😃.

You know we finally get bgh and then there's a few complaints that they aren't getting their rewards or who knows what else,than they wonder why they keep taking bgh off to fix problems. I think the few issues are with your devices not the game itself so stop with the stupid complaints!
