why do I KEEP getting "no internet" in Candy Crush Soda Saga

Keep getting frozen, can't see team, can't use Mr Toffee, when I complete a task I just get a whirly wheel for ages.

No at my end, up speed 9MB, down 28MB, can acces Google, and ANY other site, just YOU gives me grief.

HAve wasted at least 50% of my 30 mins of lives on several days now while I wait for Mr Toffee to (not) award a line as ' no internet'. It's getting plain boring.

I've tried shutting CCSS several times, on [Play] get forced back into Mr Toffee and whirly wheel again.

Using WIN10 pro, 8GB RAM, no problems anywhere else, there are comments on updating the app, how? The MS Store just says "Already installed"

Why when multiple friends send lives and I accept it only credits one life. for instance, 4 friends sent me live but when I accepted I only get 1.

what happened to getting 2 hours of free lives when winning in llevels or purchasing exextras ffor the game,
Why is my streak gone when I didn’t miss a day or lose a level?????
I had a level winning streak of over 300. I think it was around 345 and I was in the middle of a level it refreshed and now my streak is completely gone. I’ve put way too much money into this game in order to not lose my streak to lose my streak, please fix it.
Impassable level killed my win streak
this is level 2965 in Soda. I had a 131 win streak. I’ve seen levels like this before, I needed more soda bottles to pop, but the soda wasn’t high enough for them to come out the little wheel thing.
