I don't see adds to have Extra moves

Hello @svanrensburg and welcome to our friendly community.  Do you mean the opportunity to get extra moves by watching ads? 

If that is what you are referring to, not everyone has access to all the different features/events in the various games.  As a result some people have the opportunity to watch ads for extra lives or boosters and other people don't.  I have never seen any ads (or had the opportunity to watch them) in any of the King games I play.  I may have to wait to play again when I run out of lives - but I still have a lot of fun playing the game.

welcome to the Community @metalmaria I’ve never heard of 5 extra moves every 24 hours. Could it be you can get the 5 extra moves by watching ads? If you did get ads and now not anymore, that could be when groups are changing. (I’ve never seen ads and play Soda for almost 7 years now).

That is what’s said @metalmaria : groups are changing. This means you had them, and now you don’t and maybe you’ll get them back after a while. We don’t know when you’ll see them back, groups are randomly chosen. Thanks.
