As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
I'm playing ccss more years than I can remember. I loved bubblegum hill as it was. I'm at level 6000+..waiting for new levels! So as you can see I'm playing a long time! This new version is absolutely rubbish and an insult to us players. After using all our gold bars to play one round makes no sense. I've only clears the 3 rounds once and was rewarded with ONE gold bar and ONE lollipop....seriously I'm running out of patience. If this is not sorted very soon I'm going to delete ALL my king games 😠😠

Ok to remind I got the second BGH after I've logged out and logged in..
Got BGH again today as soon as the 1st one is over. Didn't have enough energy so purchased 100 energy spending 25 gold bars 😭. 1st level is chocolate...ugh...2nd one is bottles and the third one is chewing gum...yuck...all three levels not so easy had to use boosters....let's see how many gold bars I win after this effort.
PS...the original image of bubblegum troll was lovable and appealing...the present one is despicable and appalling 😆
This new version of BGH is not worth playing, esp Level 3 is much harder to beat without spending powers and you ONLY get 1 hammer if you claim the throne. Please bring back the original version or there must be better than this new version.
What’s going on with bubblegum hill now? I can’t play because I don’t have100 energy. I never get 100. It just keeps asking me to pay 25 gold bars for the energy I don’t have. It’s been three days and it’s still the same. I can’t play my favorite feature now unless I pay gold for the missing energy I never got?! How unfair.

Guess what I am so sick and tired of reading and posting complaints about BGH. This has only been going on since the virus had ruined every ones lives so what does the idiots do at king , they shut down BGH and start messing every thing up! WTF? I have had the pleasure of playing BGH for way over ten years and I guess good things always come to an end. I have already uninstalled this game they will never get another cent from me on this game or any other king game because I will not install any of them. When the staff stops listening to their players when every one has been begging and pleading for well over a year and nobody is even listening it is time to get rid of it because they just dont care about what your saying they only hear the greed of let's rape the players of their money! At least you you had 100 energy to start with, I had to pay 25 goldbars to buy 100 energy to even start playing , needless to say, I refused to pay.
Personally, I think they should just scrap this version after this 3 day event runs out! Throw it in the trash! No one is really playing it anyways 🙄. Give us back the original version we’ve all been asking for on a weekly schedule for a day or two at a time and we’ll all be happy again 😃. I’m also wondering if anyone at King is even monitoring this discussion because No One from corporate has even acknowledged the disappointment and dissatisfaction that’s been voiced here 🤔. Just sayin.....
Absolutely the worst update ever to BGH.
It is boring and unplayable. I used my 100 energy - won the 3 levels - was kicked off the throne in 3 minutes and won 1 gold bar and then didn't have enough energy to play again for the rest of the day.
Does the Dev Team not care that they are bleeding players?!?!!??
Bring it back the way it was in the good old days or all your fancy-schmancy updates are going to do is lose you business - permanently...for this and the other King games...cuz you're jacking us around enough so that we'll be doing a total boycott of King Games.
Own up to it and FIX IT.
I am in the same situation, 25 gold bars to buy 100 energy to start playing, You are right, the timer is not even moving.
I can't even play unless I use my gold bars. The timer thing says 30min and isn't moving at all and I've had the same 50 energy the last 24 hours. Guess won't get to play this one. 😡
Let me know when the original bgh is back. Til then I won't be playing.

I even forgot that there's something called BGH is running on ccss. So stupid because you have to wait some 20 odd hours to get your energy replenished. I call it quits

So I took a day off Soda. Came back to see if BGH was back to the original we all love. King you can see this is not an improvement to BGH and every one hates it. My suggestion is go back to the BGH we all love. And King, as you are making your revenue decisions on this, keep in mind all of the elderly and kids and people out of work because of Covid. This is a horrible time to destroy BGH and RAINBOW BOTTLES. It makes King look like the PRICE GOUGERS taking advantage of the epidemic.
Installed the new update and presto...the game is hanging in BGH...played the regular game and it was hanging there also..@Yosca ...pls bring it to the notice of the studio...thanks

Hi @Yosca Got this in my game and have 50/50 energy but cannot even play first level without a purchase. Is this correct how are you supposed to play if you cannot collect energy. Something not right with this version. Is it becoming a pay to play game
I know @Freddy_ I have the same thing. Play on 2 different devices and I need 100 energy to play and get 50. I have the option to do a purchase 100 energy for 25 Gold or I need to claim energy in the Noble Path, but then I have to collect 12 stars per prize 😔. And I am at the end of the levels, so I replay levels with 1 or 2 stars and that takes a long time to collect 12 stars...So I don’t think this is an ideal situation either. But tomorrow is Friday and we get new levels than 🙂. I have already asked about this energy problem, but we don’t have an answer yet, sorry. The timer isn’t running either..

I finished the noble way. I played the BGH 3 times, of which I won 2 times. No gold only get the boosters for the profit. With the old version i got 8, 16 or 24 gold. I could play, but I think it's pointless, the third level only works with the use of a booster, which I don't have at the moment. So i leave it.

I won the throne twice today without getting any gold bars. This was in the new set of 3 levels.
Both times, I was crowned and got the boosters. Then the screen went dark with my name on the throne. After some time, some one dethroned me but the screen was still frozen and I didn’t get any gold.
Well I have been on the throne for 2 hours now. At least the screen is not dim. Let’s hope I get some gold this time

I got 40 gold bars after 4 hours!
Yes my game is hanging after I have installed the new game update. Logged out- in several times...rebooted but in vain.. Now it's 1.191.5 version..BGH completed but it was dimmed and didn't get any gold bars. Device is android..Samsung 6gb/128 gb
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
