As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Didn't have BGH for ages - now after 1 week back, I have 144 gold barrels - I am using all may old Phones with bad akku, so I can play BGH on 5 devices a day - and I love it.
I had the dimmed screen sometimes, I either logged out and logged back in, or I had to reboot/switch off my device. Most of the time I works, and I got the goldbar back too.

That is correct. The hour of play was completely useless to me anyway, since I don't have new levels to play and it can't be used for BGH.
So today we can also get a striped lolly for completing BGH. But you no longer get an hour of play. Is that correct? Or is my game messed up?

The prize has gotten a bit better now. A striped lolly has been added. Now 5 levels. Edit it's 4 levels. Just passed the very difficult 4th jam level by setting up a colourball/colourbomb combo with a lolly. But at least I gained a striped lolly.
I have had the same amount of charge I was given which is 50/100 since it began days ago. What a rip off!

I played and I don’t like it at all. All that work for 1 hammer. (Other rewards are useless) Please bring back original version. The one I fall in love with. without it, this soda game sucks.
I ques Studio try now new staff. Like energy and rewards and how many levels and how hard ones..
1st version was the best. Can do it hill over and over and over again.
Was very one when on the game was a player who did that over and over too..
Now, can do only one time /day, for free. Cant drop anyone and be King on the hill again.
I have only 30 open levels what to do and i not want do them today and wait to friday ( new levels). So whos are end on the map this one time /day vs over and over times = now at weekend are bored. Time to stop playing?!

Thanks for that, do you mean if I am playing this awful, ridiculous, insane, stupid, crazy version of BHG for the first time and not the actual game which I have been playing for years? This BGH version is a total insult and shows that they are not thinking clearly about giving the player a positive experience. They are trying to find ways to limit the damage that BGH has caused to their bottom line by being so popular but they are not thinking long term and finding creative ways around it that will encourage people to continue supporting the game, but instead they are turn their customers away.
@angelgirl If you're playing for the first time, either you have to buy energy or play levels and collect stars which accumulate energy in Noble Path
I never get any energy replenished, is that normal?
It takes a freaking 20 hours to replenish the energy...but waited to.play...the 3rd levels was impossible so had to buy 5 moves with 10 gold bars...after I've finished and sat on the throne...guess what....it lasted 1 minute and....needless to say....got 1 gold bar👹🥵👺😡. BGH has fallen from sublime to ridiculous.....

I agree with everyone else - this BGH seriously sucks. Please, please just go back to the original. It just makes us all want to stop playing altogether. You wanted feedback- read everyone's comments. But don't just read, do something about it.

So new round of BGH today. Again 4 levels. The first 3 are well known from the good old version. The 4th I haven't seen before.
I still have nothing at all. Even the Episode race has disappeared.
Just the hopeless MTF and that's it.

You are absolutely right, we should be treated equally. By the way, I hate 4 in a row aka, MTF, useless and hopeless. I dare say, the majority of people don’t know how to play this, some will just block a place and never do anything about it. Some might play half of it and disappeared, without finishing the task.
Thankfully the prize is not just a single lollypop hammer anymore
Sometimes you are lucky to get more then one goldbar, I was lucky enough to get 70 goldbars the other day and then 74 yesterday .

I am a bit jealous to see others posting that they are playing BGH as it hasn't come up in my game in such a looooong time now!
Definitely would love it to return to me again some day soon because my life is just not the same without it 😭😭😭😭
so ... the "teams" solution to nearly 11 months of complaints regarding the availability/lack of same of BGH and all the excuses regarding "testing" etc is to allow players the ability to play one game every 20 hours? and all for 1 gold bar? and by completing the noble path you get and additional 6 games? what a deal!!!!!
I hope it's now clear to everyone that what they referred to as "testing" was actually re-developing the game so it would not provide many rewards and would severely limit the ability to play it.
I explained many times in this thread that they never expected BGH to be so popular and it hurt their bottom line because of less purchasing through the game. So they are attempting to wean us off it.
They resorted to lies about it not working, more lies about testing and even more lies about when it would be back. Because what we have back does not in any way resemble the fun game it was. But it wasn't that much fun for them, so it had to go.
You have shown your hand King that we as players are not important unless we are buying extras to keep us playing.
We have often been told to "keep it sweet", perhaps you should take your own advice. Because there is absolutely nothing sweet about your response to our love for playing the original BGH.
Not even a global pandemic could make you sweeter and more giving. You have shown your true colours and sadly it's not the candy colours of the game.
