Did you save the game on your old phone either through Facebook account OR Kingdom account?
If so, you simply download the game onto your new phone -- Log in with the same account details that you have used on your old phone -- Done! You will find your level progress as well as your Gold Bars intact in your new phone.
But, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your boosters -- (both in-game and pre-game boosters) to your new phone. It is because, the boosters are stored on the local memory of the device. So, when you transfer the game, the local memory will not be transferred.
NOTE: If you can keep your old phone with you and / or it is still working, you can keep playing the game and use-up all those boosters on hard levels 😃
