Welcome to the Community @Turkeyannsue You may need to reconnect your game to the servers.
Please try: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly, and you have a stable internet connection. If you have WiFi access, try that too.

Hi @RemyZephir and welcome to Soda community 😀
is this the error message you're seeing?
If yes I can suggest you to try this: switch off your internet connection - open your game app - before clicking "play!" switch on your connection again - click play button - see if the error stops showing
This can help in some cases. But the causes behind this message can be many. It could mean your game app is corrupted for whatever reason so the only solution for that is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you had a King/Facebook account to save your progress with, you'll be able to recover that and your goldbars. You will lose your boosters and stored lives however, because these items are saved locally on your device and not King servers.
Good luck 🙂

Welcome to the Community @AngelMalia40 Do you happen to play the game on king.com? There were some issues and we were informed you have to clear the cache and try another browser. The problem should be solved then.
Did you try the troubleshooting: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and a strong stable internet connection.
Do you see an error saying try again later? You might try switch off your internet connection - open your game app - before clicking "play!" switch on your connection again - click play button - see if the error stops showing.
Hope this helps

Hi @ylettich!
Sometimes the "no internet" problem appears when we play team events, even if we have good connection! Thiis problem is very common on Jelly Royal Championship!
Try clearing your game's cache!
If it does not work, try using data, it worked for me many times! I also tried sometimes to go to another place where there is another router. Sometimes I had problem at home, but not at my work!
