Please check your device and game are up to date. log out and clear the cache from your browser entirely. Restart the device and try logging back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not would suggest trying a different browser to see if you get the same result.

Hello and welcome to our friendly Community @Catherine1963 Did you check your app permissions? When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.
Log out of your account - clear the cache - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back in
Also, try what Freddy suggests: try another browser.

All of the apps from King are currently active. My default browser is Edge and I tried Chrome as an alternative, no luck.

I am no longer able to play my bubble witch with fscebook. It says go to webgl which wont let me load page.

It sounds like your browser has tried loading the old map as webgl is not really used now. Please make sure your browser is up to date and clear the browser cache, restart your device and try again see if this resolves your issue. If not try a different browser and see if this helps
