    I’ve got reconnection and lost nothing

    however in trying to send lives. It’s removed the requests after each one and then says internal error, sorry friends.

    Update:

    At this moment we can't give you an estimated hour on when this will be totally fixed, but the fix is on the way and little by little we are recovering our servers 🤗

    I’ve been able to log back in but I have lost over 100 levels and all my recent purchases. Hoping this is going to be fixed 😡

    One hour time free is not ok, I lost 1,5 hours free tools. It's not the first time

    Issue update!

    This issue has been fixed for many players already and the games are running and connecting correctly!

    We are still working on this to get it solved for all players as soon as possible.

    I don’t have a problem to send the form @matata1 You might wait a while and try later. If you didn’t lose purchases I don’t think you get something back. But as I said, you better contact Player Support.
