Why wen it tells me to pick a tile, the board just keeps rolling and telling me try again later, cannot connect to server

Hello @CottonCandyJB_ I recommend you to try standard troubleshot procedure. Logout, clear catch, turn off device, and log back in. See if that helps.

I have beaten levels but am still getting the error message so that hasn’t fixed anything….

I am having the same issue - I also have followed the instructions, but it will not go away and I do not want to play this game board. No option to log out. Yes, it is annoying as it goes through the whole speil after every level.

I`ve experienced the same extremely annoying issue. On my Ipad. And the suggestions above do not apply!
I have solved it. Or rather worked around this bug. I logged on to another plattform (my android phone). And there, the four-in-row soon turned up… WITHOUT the problem . So I picked a box, played a game, and when I checked on my Ipad the problem/bug was gone.

That is so funny that you mentioned that. I downloaded the app on my I Phone and when the Mr Toad came up it was actually going to let me play (it didn't give me the "can't connect to server" error. Hmmmm. Maybe I will try this. Thanks Ruth!
