Game crashes whilst loading
I recently logged out of Candy Crush Soda Saga in an attempt to get my friends list back, after doing so the game will now no longer launch, it just crashes at the loading screen. I have reinstalled the game many times but to no avail. I have also tried to install the app on another laptop, but the same thing happens.
I have cleared the temporary cache and that has made no difference. I have over 500GB of free space and I am using a Lenovo Ideapad laptop. The OS is updated and the build version is: Windows home 64-bit (10, build version 19043) My other two Candy Crush apps are working fine.

The only thing I can say it's full the memory because I had a laptop and it crashed on me so I did the same cleared my memory on my laptop and it didn't work there is one other thing you can do is reset to factory settings I hope that's answers your question from bling.

Well, whadda you know, fired up the game today to check if it still crashes and all is well. Clearly this was a problem caused by a conflict between the King games app and a Win 10 update, just such a pity that King games didn't own up to it. If anyone else is having the same problem with the Candy Crush Soda Saga app on PCs running Windows 10, then it should now be fixed.
