If you were able to collect all your deluxe rewards except for 36 hours of unlimited lives, then please contact Player Support so they can send your missing item.
Contact Player Support directly from your mobile app: click cogwheel icon - "?" Icon - "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received.. " . Scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form and send.
If you don't play on mobile please add your game user ID in your form so Player Support can locate your game account faster. The game user ID is a number, here's how to find it.
