As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird ๐ค I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH ๐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH ๐ . But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

No BGH here either. But the new version isn't really worth playing anyway with just the one lolly. I have only played a few new levels the last couple of months. Used to wait for new levels Friday. Now the fun has gone as it has in CCS which I haven't played for a while either.

I donโt have it either and Iโve been looking forward to it. The money people should see that I spend less $ without bubblegum hill than I did when I had it!

The long awaited Bubble Gum Hill is back, you need 50 energy to play, only 3 tier hill. The rewards are not that great, I prefer getting the 6 pink hammers reward instead, but still, itโs back till Dec 31st.

If you read my comments in the previous page, you can see although I got BGH, it us only a 3 tiers hill, and the rewards are not great either. Itโs not worth having it.

Ah well, that makes my day @simplyP I loved the old BGH, have given my feedback numerous time. So if the Studio decides this new BGH with lots of energy to use and keep repeating the same levels itโs not that bad anymore I donโt have it. The old BGH was great, every week other challenges, 6 hammers! and in the very old days many GB.
Well again, try to enjoy, I donโt think weโll get BGH back like we used to ๐
You are right @simplyP , we used to get a 5 tiers BHG and rewards were good, at least with 6 pink hammers etc, but now , only one pink hammer and the other rewards are are not that great either. When I get the gold bar, I usually get one or two. With 3 tiers BGH, people can finish the game pretty soon, hence only one or two goldbars reward.

I would not know @deb0407 . I didn't get the popup that @Pitty_Kitty did. So I don't expect to see BGH in my game today.ย I think the troll shows up at some point in your game and isn't tied to a specific time. Only thing I can advise is to check your game. Maybe today @Pitty_Kitty can tell you when the troll showed up in her game.ย

HeyHey last night I ordered a booster pack for 19 bucks. It was to come with 130 gold bars. Well I got all the boosters except for the gold bars! That's never happened before I've emailed them a couple times no response yet. Has this happened to anyone?
I made a purchpurchase of 6.96.99 but did not geget the 6 free because the game cut out as usual this issue needs to be fifixed.
I noticed a couple weeks ago that I was getting charged twice for the same purchase but the contact page would not let me send a message, I tried for 3 days in a row to send one, I tried again today and it still give me the same message that something went wrong when sending the form.
