Where are my bottles

I was in the middle of a level with all five bottle boosters and the game abruptly closed completely on my phone, I went back in and had to do the level over when it was almost won with a near perfect score and I had no bottle boosters. What are you going to do to compensate me for my troubles? There was no network glitch, or malfunction with my service or device whatsoever. I notice that this happens on winning streaks and such. 🤨

I'm sorry to hear this happened. Rainbow streak can only be built up again, unfortunately. Player Support offers replacement for purchased items lost due to such issues. To ask for a refund read more here.

Does this crashing happen often ? Do you play on browser or app? What device do you play on?
