Hello! Are you getting any errors in the game? I would try restarting the device first and logging out and in to see if it helps. If it doesn't it may be that this feature is not currently available as different features are tested in the game from time to time.
Don't worry though, this might come back later, and you might have new features coming in the game with new updates! 🍬
