    Thanks, but i can't get properly logged in bc of the issues others have described and don't want to lose all my progress. (currently on level 5278). Was hoping for an update from the moderators as to the status of the fix mentioned in the original post.

    hi,

    i reached level 6500 and wanted to buy the offer.

    Because of the connecting problem, the offer is gone.

    How do i get it back?

    The title of this discussion says "fixed" , is this true? I had checked last night and I still had no connection in my app.

    Actually... this is not ok. I just checked and it's not fixed. So I'm getting very frustrated and your snarky reply was not appreciated. I have spent quite a lot of money on this game and it is frustrating that I will have lost all the "purchases" due to a bug that has taken a snails pace to fix.

    I did what was suggested and cleared my cache but now I'm missing all my extra boosters like the *20* lollipops I had as well as my bottle map progress!! STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello @erinf1 @slightlygilded

    If you see a red band saying "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" and it still persists to this day after the genaral server issue was resolved then the last resort would be to uninstall and reinstall your Soda app.


    That type of error may signal the app got corrupted and since your app is offline you can't contact Player Support to look into it.

    By uninstalling you'll lose all boosters unfortunately as they're stored locally on your device memory. but if you use a King account you'll be able to retrieve all the gold bars and progress you made before this problem arised and you'll be able to play and log in normally again

    Also please note boosters or items won for free in the game cannot be refunded but you can ask Player Support for a replacement of items that were purchased but not used. Check here on how to ask for a refund.
