Same here! Got the gold bars but no lives or boosters. I even went to the main game menu and hit restore purchases, but it didn't work.
I purchased the May special and same thing... Received the gold bars but not the unlimited 2 hour life or the lollipops.
I also purchased the May special for $4.99 and did not receive the 2 hours of unlimited lives nor any other part of the package.

Mine was for regular candy crush saga. I did not receive the package either. Game closed immediately after making the purchase.

I have this problem too. I purchased 3 times! I paid 1.98 x 3! I received 60 of the gold bars but not the lolly pops and striped lollipops. Also I only received the unlimited live once instead of three times. Please assist
