Team points missing

Thanks for fixing the friends issue though I don't have as many friends as I used to (unsure why),

My issue is that when I completed a level in Candy Crush Soda Saga my points are not being added to the Team that I'm in and don't understand why. I have completed about 4 levels in the last couple of days and it still only shows that I have one point for my team. Is there an issue about this that I'm not aware of? Please help me.

I haven’t heard about no points counting in Teams yet. But you can try log out of the game and log back in. Sometimes the game needs to reconnect and this could clear your ‘issue’

It's the Soda Squad that doesn't add my points with the rest of my team. I have completed 3 levels in the last 2 days and it is showing no points next to my name (Melissa), refer to attached pic. I play the game through facebook so don't need to log in or out. Please help?

Your game may need to reconnect to the game servers. You could try 👉 this. Select the device you are playing on and follow the steps.

Thanks but wasn't helpful because I play the game through facebook on a laptop which there were no options for.
