Its very unfortunate and i am really very sorry about that. You try to do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and log in again and see if it helps.
Otherwise you need to directly contact player support from the settings of your game and as they have your game data and purchase history. I hope they will take a favourable action for you.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page, but you need your game ID for this
