Reward in previous egg hunt not received

Hello, I have a question about the egg hunt which ended on Apr 18th. I was in the first place with over 2000 yellow eggs collected, yet I didn't receive any award. I was away from my computer and from the game for a week and when I came back yesterday I saw that the new egg hunt was already coming to an end, but I didn't receive the award from the last one. Can somebody help me? Thanks.

    Here in the Community we can’t help you with things like not receiving rewards, sorry. You could contact Player Support, explain your situation and hopefully they can help you. If you play on mobile you can contact them directly from your device:

    Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Select why can’t I find my boosters?

    - Scroll down and tap on “contact us”

    If you don’t play on mobile you can use this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact Don’t forget to mention your Game ID

    To find your game id:

    Open the game app and select Profile.

    Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game ID.

    I am sorry to hear you did not get help. Can you give me your Game ID? Then I’ll ask around how you can get help.

    To find your game id:

    Hello @Yosca , thank you for your reply. My game ID is 1162209460. It's about Kimmy's egg hunt event which ended on Apr 18th. I was placed 1st on the list, with over 2000 eggs collected, but I didn't get the prize because I went away from the computer and the game approx an hour before the event ended and, by the time I came back, the new Kimmy's event already started. I hope you'll be able to get some information. Thank you.

    Hi again @corals22 Thank you for the info. I will forwarded this and ask if we can help you further.

    In the meantime you can try this: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Hopefully this works.

    Hi Corals, thank you for reaching out to us!

    Usually, for regular tournaments players have 7 days to collect their rewards, however, for the Egg Hunt Tournament you only had 2 days after it ended to collect it. Seeing as you were away from the game for a week - this is the reason the rewards can no longer be collected.

    Thank you @Yosca and @FluffyDinosaur for your answers. Just to be clear, there is no possibility for me now to get my deserved reward because I didn't log into the game for a week? Don't you think this is a bit harsh on the active players? It seems to me this is quite a user-unfriendly attitude.

    No I’m sorry @corals22 I can certainly understand that this does not make you happy, but unfortunately this is what it is.
