Unfortunately, I have never had the Teams feature in my game. I wish I did but I have asked many times and it seems no one can help.

As for your comment, this forum is not able to send you any replacements/refunds, I'm sorry.
I assume you're talking about the prizes in premium path of Seasonal Pass. It is advised to claim all the prizes before the event ends, to be on the safe side. π
But I still suggest you contact Player Support to ask them if it's possible to receive the lost items that were purchased

How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.

- Do you like this feature or not, why is that? yes I do, it's nice to have something we build together while we unlock chests and cake layers

- Is it fun and enjoyable to see your team become better? It's enjoyable bacause we keep being great but we've been in the last rank for quite some time. Still, 5 hammers every now and then are great, they're never too many in Soda
- Does this feature make you feel more connected to your teammates? yes, read first answer
- Tell us something you enjoy and do not like about Team Rankings! It's okay to be in the current rank and get the best prizes but I miss the part when we rank up an and find new team status
- What do you think of the rewards? Beside the 5 hammers I like the 2 hours of delish deligh fish. I remember vividly the time when I was counting the points needed to unlock the prize and get those hours. They were very much needed to pass new levels. Now daily rewards brought back 2 hours of color bombs, coloring candies and fish so I can breathe more easily lol π I'm still fond of those 2 hours fish from team ranking though
- I'm overall content with the prizes but hey, if additional switch hands and striped hammers are on the table, I'm in
