Unfortunately, I have never had the Teams feature in my game. I wish I did but I have asked many times and it seems no one can help.

As for your comment, this forum is not able to send you any replacements/refunds, I'm sorry.
I assume you're talking about the prizes in premium path of Seasonal Pass. It is advised to claim all the prizes before the event ends, to be on the safe side. ๐
But I still suggest you contact Player Support to ask them if it's possible to receive the lost items that were purchased

How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.
