Reinstall, now Bosters are gone!!
Hi there,
I have a king account, and saved my progress. I had to reinstall the app as it would not update and now I have lost all of my boosters. I know I had many Pre- and in-level boosters, as I save them for when I really need them, and now I'm back to 1 or none.
Please help!!

I'm sorry you had to resort to reinstalling. Hope the issue was fixed! 😔
Unfortunately boosters are not transferable items. Unistalling Soda app permanently deletes boosters as they're only saved locally on the device storage. While your progress and gold bars are saved on King servers through your acccount instead and can be retrieved any time.
If you lost purchased items that you didn't use, you may ask Player Support for a replacement. More infos here
Items obtained for free in the game can't be refunded as per terms and conditions of the game. More infos here.

If you uninstall your game then all the boosters will be gone bc they are just saved in the game and not on your King account.
Gold bars and levels come back when you reinstall the game and login with your King account but none of the pre boosters or the in game boosters.
