My daily progress is gone? I have logged out at logged back but nothing.

I'm talking about the daily progress when U play and it counts every day u play. I'm back at 1day. I have played 493 days straight and I play on my computer too. Thursday May 26 2022. My progress was dropped back to day 1 and that's not correct. Please help me get my progress back.

    I see, sorry for misunderstanding ๐Ÿ™‚

    Player Support can only manually restore the progress of levels in case the player is brought back to level 1

    Daily streak and rainbow streak cannot be restored if they're broken, I'm sorry. I know the feeling very well, I broke my daily streak made of 1 year the other day and had to start again ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

    Thanks for your response, that's something they really need to change because it's not fair if made a year then something happened and it restarts you from beginning

    Hi @Kymm4 So sorry to hear about your Daily Bonus ๐Ÿ˜” There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. In any case, after day 7 you will have the daily booster and 30 minutes of lives back ๐Ÿ™‚

    I Have been play the game continue about 700 days, everyday get the bonus. But I loss my daily bonus on 1 June 2022. Can you help me to restore the game. I don't want play the game get daily bonus from day 1

    I am sorry to hear that your daily bonus is reset to day 1.ย It cannot be restoredย ๐Ÿ™.

    There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Fortunately on day 7 youโ€™ll have 30 minutes unlimited lives and the daily booster back.

    As you can read in the previous answers, it cannot be restored, sorry.

    THANKS, I JUST VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I SPENT 490 DAYS STRAIGHT. JUST TO WAKE UP AND IT'S GONE FROM A GAME. VERY SAD ABOUT THIS
