    Hello my friend and welcome to the Community

    First I need to know about what happened in your game as what you were doing when it happened ? If you can share a screenshot ? Or just give me more information of what you was doing when this happened ?

    The game froze and I deleted it and went back in to retrieve it and all my boosters and gold bars were gone. 😞very disappointed ☹️

    Thank you for sharing your issues.....that happens sometimes and frustrating it is unfortunately we here in the Community do not have any way of helping you with in game features or in game issues.....although you can report it to (Players Support) you can find them to the right hand side of this screen under " Quick Links " scroll down until you see " Support " click on this " Support " when the screen comes up follow the instructions and enter your issues and problems then include Game ID you can find this by double tapping on your Game Avatar make sure to include your email address....as this is how Support will contact you through your email address.... Support will help you out my friend 😉😎

    Hello @weinemc welcome to the Community

    Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then boosters can be lost.

    If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:


    - Open the game app

    - Tap on the? mark

    - Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"


    You should find your gold and progress back when you log in with the same account credentials as in your previous game.
