Did you try to contact and send the purchase receipts to Player Support, through the same email you have the purchases receipts on?
Please check that no typos are made if you have to submit your email address. That way it should be valid. Usually a non valid email address is an email address that doesn't exist or it has missing parts and therefore it can't be reached. A valid email address has to contain all its parts:
A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats. The prefix appears to the left of the @ symbol. The domain appears to the right of the @ symbol. For example, in the address example@mail.com, "example" is the email prefix, and "mail.com" is the email domain.

When you contact player support from the game you're using your correct email already. Before submitting the form you may check if there are no typos in the form. Then player support usually sends you an automatic email, you respond back and then a King employee takes charge of your inquiry and he may ask you to send the receipts if you haven't sent them already
If a king employee answers you, then the email address is valid of course, there's no need to get a link.

You're communicating in this support section of this community and you're getting notifications emails from the community because I'm replying to you. However community is not able to handle purchases issues or refunds because they contain sensitive infos of the players.
To get a refund, you need to contact Player Support (= customer service) from your game so you can get in touch with a King employee.
I'm not a King employee, I'm a player who volunteers as a forum moderator in the community. I can help players in general game problems that are not related to purchases or progress recover

How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.

Which steps did you do so far? I understood you were able to contact customer service, did you get an automatic email and also the response from a King employee? In which step are you having problems with?
