I guess you mean you don't have 4 on a Row on your PC? Sometimes certain features are not available to a group of players. This may depend on the device you are playing on.
Currently, events mainly take place on mobile platforms.
Implementing events and challenges on the desktop versions of the games requires a different set of specifications and delivery requirements. As a result, it is possible that not all events are available on all platforms.

Where do you play Soda on your pc? On Soda app downloaded from your Microsoft Store (Windows 10-11) or on Facebook site through a browser (e.g Chrome)?
- What are the make and model of your pc? what is the latest version of operating system installed in your pc? To find these infos on your pc, visit this guide
First off please check if troubleshooting helps with triggering the feature
- check for Soda app and device updates
- if you play on Facebook, check if your browser is updated as well. to check this, visit this page
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*if you play on Facebook, clear cache of your browser (firefox, chrome, edge, etc) Read all details here
