Why does my soda game keep crashing won't let finish my game before it crashes

I am sorry to hear your game keeps crashing 😕

What is the make and model of the device you are playing with?

Which version Operating System do you have?

Which version of the Soda app do you have?

Have you tried troubleshooting? provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

If you have an iPad air 1, it cannot be updated higher until 12.5.5 This could be a cause of the game crashing. Current iOS is 15.5

Hello @leont We've previously had reports from iPad air 1 users experiencing issues with the game. Unfortunately, this will likely be related to your operating system, current iOS is 15.5

If possible, you could try the game on a less old device.
