Still no response back from @FluffyDinosaur or @Pitty_Kitty. would really like to know why I am always being excluded from the Candy Crush events now Soda first it was Saga. Feeling very frustrated that I am not included and my teammates have it.

@FluffyDinosaur Still has not responded, itβs not fair that everyone else has the event and are getting boosters and rewards and get to do quests and I donβt have it.

Hi! I completed this event. I enjoyed earning the rewards. The graphics were awesome for the season. I hope this is done again in the future.

it is frustrating seeing everyone else posting that they have the event and are getting rewards and boosters which I could really use to help clear the levels Iβm stuck on

What I donβt understand is how I can try so many different things and nothing works. I thought if I created a new user id it might get the event an it did not. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. I lost what little boosters I had, I didnt have my live saved.

I understand, uninstalling the game unfortunately always removes your boosters as they are stored on your phone. For this case, we've now been able to add the Season to your account so please go back and check the accounts you shared with us. You may need to restart the game a couple of times for it to work.
Also please keep this in mind for the future π
It's occasionally possible that you'll know someone who might have the event visible in their game when it's not available to you. Donβt worry! It's not an error- it's just that with so many players, we sometimes have to spread the fun out a bit.
We try to keep our events balanced, manageable and visible to as many players as possible, so everyone gets to try new things. The chances are you'll have another event when your friend doesn't, so rest assured we'll always try to make sure you don't miss out on the fun! Keep an eye on your notifications, pop-ups, and map buttons to know when you have new content in your game.

I wish there was a little more info within the game. It was only by chance that I realised this forum existed but I still find this lacking information. The new drought season is there for me and have completed a few challenges to receive rewards. Have got some sort of paint splash looking things that seem to power up the staff but that's it, it says I've fou d a secret or something like that but doesn't seem to tell me anything after that so it's pretty frustrating not knowing what it's all about. I fou d a secret so secret it won't tell me what it is or for or does. Seems utterly pointless π€π€·ββοΈπ So could someone please tell me what I'm missing? Am I supposed to be able to see something more after the staff does it's little glow thing or...?
