thanks for the infos. I consulted with community manager who works with Soda Game Studio and a fellow moderator and it seems that the best option for you is to change your device if it's possible and you'd like to keep playing Soda.
If you use a King account/ FB account to save your levels with, then your progress and gold bars will be transferred into the new device once you download Soda app and log in to your account. Boosters are saved locally on the device so they cannot be transferred to another device. However, if you purchased items and you couldn't use them, please contact Player Support from your new device and ask them for a full refund.

sorry if I insist but I'd appreciate if you could tell me which version of soda app is installed in your device, please. you may find this info in Candy Crush Soda details in Google play store. Is it version 1.222.4 or is it different?

Moto G play 2021. Version 11. elainec333@gmail.com. I have deleted cache, signed out, then back in, checked for updates, I am up to date. It drags, and yesterday I purchased gold to win the game I was on, and after the purchase, it shut off.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
