I am fed up with this game crashing, buying extra moves, and game shutting down. This is beyond irritating and ripping me off!!!

    • what is the latest version of operating system installed in your device? (eg. Android 11, iOS 15,5)

    Moto G play 2021. Version 11. elainec333@gmail.com. I have deleted cache, signed out, then back in, checked for updates, I am up to date. It drags, and yesterday I purchased gold to win the game I was on, and after the purchase, it shut off.

    • Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
    • Is latest version of your Soda app 1.222.4? If it's different, which is it?
    • Also, I would need your game user ID associated to your game account which is not your personal email address. πŸ˜…

    You might want to edit your comment and delete your personal email address as a precaution for your online safety. Click on the gray cogwheel icon at the top right of your comment to be able to edit it. You have less than 24 hours

    user id 1423578480. I have plenty of storage. I have done what the link suggested before. It worked for 1 game, then started acting up as before

    sorry if I insist but I'd appreciate if you could tell me which version of soda app is installed in your device, please. you may find this info in Candy Crush Soda details in Google play store. Is it version 1.222.4 or is it different?

    thanks for the infos. I consulted with community manager who works with Soda Game Studio and a fellow moderator and it seems that the best option for you is to change your device if it's possible and you'd like to keep playing Soda.

    If you use a King account/ FB account to save your levels with, then your progress and gold bars will be transferred into the new device once you download Soda app and log in to your account. Boosters are saved locally on the device so they cannot be transferred to another device. However, if you purchased items and you couldn't use them, please contact Player Support from your new device and ask them for a full refund.

    I'm really sorry that you're currently in a very frustrating situation but unfortunately we cannot offer alternative solutions.
