I am not able to load Candy Crush Soda Saga on my Lumia 640 LTE

I am not able to load Candy Crush Soda Saga on my Lumia 640 LTE. It starts to load then logs out and goes back to my main phone screen. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the game but it hasn't worked. I have also tried changing the phone date, and that didn't help. I have also removed my pictures and texts to free up memory and that didn't work. I also cleared my internet history and have restarted my phone several times. Nothing has resolved the issue and it has been going on for several days now. Please help.
