That's funny. After I click on contact us the next screen pops up And when I click on choose a topic it crashes. I guess we're all stuck with not being able to accept our new lives from friends until the next update. Thanks or nothing. The easiest thing to do would be to let us uninstall the last update and everything would be fine.

Before uninstalling and reinstalling, please realize that you will lose all boosters as they are stored in your device's memory!
You could try this first.
Click on the link 👉 here.
- Select the right game,
- select topic “problems with my game”
- select subtopic send or receive lives.
- Don’t forget to mention your Game ID, how to find 👉 here

Did ALL of that including Uninstalling and reinstalling. The issue is in the last update. Something is wrong in the coding in the last update. Until the next update comes along with a fix or King provides a way for us to remove last update this issue will persist.

All I did was uninstall and reinstalled 2 times and it got it corrected the issue.

I did the last update but everything is working fine now after I uninstalled and reinstalled two different times
