Candy Crush Soda Saga not running in UAE
I see a connection error in profile settings of your Soda app saying "there was a connection error, try again in a bit"? please help. im in level 6098 or more and i cant play anymore becuase its not connected to the internet while my net is working in the phone.

We're still working on fixing this issue, and working with representatives in UAE to get it resolved. While we want this to be solved as soon as possible, there's no current due date or expected time for this to be solved. Please keep an eye on this discussion and I will keep you all updated to when it is resolved.

I have the same problem. Can't plan since yesterday. Tryed on my Phone and tablet. Please fix this!!!

Please try this first: Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
If that doesn’t help you could try this (it helped pitty_kitty once): force close the app (or make sure it's not running in the background)- switch off your internet connection - start the app but don't click "play" yet - switch on internet connection- then click "play"
If that doesn't help either you should uninstall and reinstall the game as the game app is corrupted. This has nothing to do with your device. Unfortunately, uninstalling and reinstalling will lose all boosters because they are stored in the device's memory 😕. When you log in use the same account credentials and you will find your gold bars and progress back.
If you can't find your progress after reinstalling, please contact Player Support so they can manually restore your progress. In case you have lost purchased boosters and have not yet used them, you can also contact Player Support:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

I have the same connection problem, but I also cannot access my gold bars in my bank, my team, or for in a row. This has started since yesterday. I have had nothing but trouble with several King games, so it's got to be something on your end.
