I can't log in candy soda saga with my facebook on my new cell phone.

Hi, recently I've changed my cellphone, but candy soda just cannot connect with my facebook account.

( candy crush saga still can log in with my facebook, so I just don't understand why candy soda cannot?! Is that telling me to give up the game?)

I've already read this FAQ:https://community.king.com/en/blog/kb/articles/508-can-i-sync-my-progress-between-facebook-and-king-com

but I cannot find "‘Settings’ icon" and the "Select ‘Account’", so I couldn't connect my king account with my facebook account, either..

Really feel upset.. and sorry for my soda team members..TT___TT

Hello @Phaedra_Yu welcome to the Community Congrats on your new phone 🎉

Here is how to move your progress onto a new device:

Open the game on your old device.
Click on the blue Facebook Connect button.
Make sure that you have Facebook active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind, if you share your device with another Facebook user)
Now open the game on your new device.
Click on the blue Facebook Connect button, enter your Facebook email and password.

Please note your progress and gold bars can be found again, boosters unfortunately not because they are saved in the memory of a device.

If you have previously synced your King and Facebook accounts, you do not need to do this again @Phaedra_Yu

On King.com you can find settings in the top right corner. If you click on this link from Help Center it will be described in more detail how to synchronize.
