It looks like you are not connected as your avatar is not shown 🤔
Please try the following steps:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game -
clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters -
power off your device for at least 1 minute -
restart your device -
check for game and device updates -
log back into the game.
Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Hello @TSIKO sorry to hear you still don’t have other events. I also see your map looks different as it should 🤔. Have you tried the above steps more than once? Did you replay some levels? Sometimes I also see it in my game; the map is empty and I don't have the themed graphics. Then I log out and in again, replay some easy levels and often see the themed graphics and my other features/events in my game. You may have to repeat the steps a few times!
Your themed map should look like this.
If you have repeated the above steps a few times (including replaying levels) and still nothing has changed, can you give me some more information?
- Do you play via King or Facebook account?
- What device do you play on? Make and model
- Which version Operating System do you have?
- Which version of the Soda app do you have?
- What country do you play from?
- What is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find

I heard back from the CM and your game should work; you should also see Drought Season. Have you tried several times to log out, log in and replay some levels? Usually that will do the trick and your game map and events should reappear.
If nothing has changed, your game app may be corrupted and you should reinstall the game. However if you do this you will recover your gold bars and progress but you will lose your boosters as they are stored in your device's memory!
If you have purchased boosters that you haven't used yet, please contact Player Support 👉 here, choose subtopic “problem with my game”. Describe briefly your complaint and mention your Game ID.
Let me know if your events have reappeared by logging out, logging in and replaying some levels multiple times
