Can't log in

What i have to say isn't really a question. I haven't been able to log in for about 3 wks now. I need it fixed. I can't send lives or receive lives from friends.Please fix asap

Hello and welcome to the Community @mrzmossb I am sorry you can’t log in the game. Did you try the troubleshooting? First check if there are any updates from the game and your device. Clear the cache, restart the device and try to login again. Do you play through a King account or Facebook account? Lately there are some issues with the game on Facebook. Also if you play via Facebook please check the app permission.

im facing similar problem.

i can’t login in using Facebook or Apple account

the reason is there is no internet connection, although I’m connected and browse easily using other Apps

does the connection error that you see say: "there was a connection error, try again in a bit"?
