I just got a new fone...my daily rewards dropped from 146 to now 2 days...I thought that would follow through to my new device...it happened previously on another device a while ago.

Hello @rashouse welcome to the Community. If you install the app on a new device, your Daily Bonus will start on day 1. However, if you have an iOS device and you have a backup on iCloud, your Daily Bonus might continue.
There are a number of reasons a reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Though your Daily Calendar progress cannot be restored, rest assured that your actual rewards are unaffected. On day 7 you have 2 hours timed booster and 30 minutes lives again 🤗

Hi I was just wondering if you could change my username to zainab 786. If it's possible. I did message Lola but, she hasn't got back to me. She did say that, she can't change my email address. I did ask her to change that too. I'm ok with my current email address. I just wanted to to change my username to zainab 786 .thanks.
