Batula/Wonderball

Hi. I'm "wondering" why Batula WILL place Wonderballs on my DESKTOP version (however, the Wonderball disappears after I leave the game and come back, so I have to have Batula place another one), but when I click on Batula/Treasure on my iPhone version I cannot have Batula place a Wonderball - it says "Batula will continue his hunt when there are more levels"????? I'm only on Level 533...

How long has this been going on, more or less? Did Batula feauture /Treasure Hunt ever work correctly in your game in both platforms in the past?
Since troubleshooting fails I'll pass this case on so the Game Studio can look into this. 🙂
Would you mind adding more specific details as they're helpful in the investigation?
- your game user ID: to find this unique number, tap twice on the king logo you see in profile settings of Soda app. more infos here
- make and model of your devices
- versions of Soda apps in Windows and iphone. (I believe it when you say they're up to date but updated game versions may still be slightly different within the same plaform)

that's a bit odd 🤔 let's try to understand what's going on
How to you save your levels with? With a King account? Facebook account? apple ID?
with desktop version do you mean Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store in Windows 10/11 PC?
Do you mean website version on Facebook page?
when it says Wonderball disappears after you leave the game, do you mean it goes away before allotted time runs out? (e.g 1 hour )
As for your iphone version, please try troubleshooting and let me if the problem still persists afterwards:
- Do you read a connection error ("there was a connection errror, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app? Let me know
If you don't see it, please go ahead and:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

On my desktop/laptop:
I login to Soda using my email address.
Yes, Soda app downloaded from Microsoft store in latest version of Windows. I've checked for updates...
I do not get to the game through Facebook.
Yes, it goes away shortly after placing (any amount of time; but much less than the 24 hour time limit) if I close out the game for a while and then restart it.
On iPhone:
I tried your suggestions, but it didn't fix it. I'll continue trying.
This is NOT a huge deal, but it is frustrating. I love my Wonderballs! 😁 Thanks again for your help!

It's been going on for about a week. Yes, it was working great for quite a while. I will tell you that I have another account that I was using, but I was on level 9,500+ and didn't want to keep having to wait for new levels to be released, so I opened a new account to start the game over. Could this be the issue? If so, I'd like the older account deleted. Let me know how to make that request, please.
