Please tell my colleagues which platform you are playing on, which app version you have installed and which device you are using.
I also play this game and haven't had any problems at all lately.
You may be helped by the normal standard bug fixes:
- check your free memory. You need at least 2 GB
- check your store for updates and run them
- clear the cache (Attention: do not delete any data, then all boosters / items will be lost)
- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
- make sure you have a stable internet connection.

- which device do you use? please be specific and provide make and model
- does your device have at least 2 GB of free local storage?
- which is the latest update of your device software (operating system). Eg. Android 11 iOS 15.5 etc.?
- if you're able to open Soda app and log in to your account, would you tell me your game user ID? To find it, tap twice on King logo you see at the top of profile settings in Soda app. More infos here
- which country do you play from? There's an ongoing connection problem that can't be fixed with reinstalling for players from UAE, but technically it's not a crashing problem. Still, this info would be helpful 🙂
