Connection problem but I’m online

Hi

the game is not delivering wonderballs

and the reason is that there is no connection

well, I have connection (I’m sending this email ?!)

    Hello @silviacalvet welcome to the Community. Sometimes your game needs to reconnect to the servers. Let’s see if this helps: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data.

    I've been having the same problem - in both Soda and CCSaga, but I am playing on a Win10/x64 laptop.

    My laptop is indeed connected through my mobile -> mobile hotspot. (Otherwise, everything is working fine, all programs, all websites .. just not these 2 games. This has been going on for roughly a month now.

    I can neither log into my game nor sign out. How would I go about it?

    Screenshot: at the black bar in the bottom you can see that I am indeed connected to the internet. But zillions of trials to log into my account (log in by mail address) didn't work - it just won't let me!
