email verification

Hello. I've just registered on facebook & king.com to save my soda (windows 10) offline progress and I have 2 questions. Is it ok to have facebook AND king.com account? And second question: on king.com account settings it says "email not verified". I've cheked inbox and spam but I never got a verification email. Can it be solved?

Hi @tomoya92, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? When you go to king.com and type in your ID does it not allow you to enter a password? I just found a message posted here and I am going to post the link for you: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/201146/email-verification

Please let me know if the issue is resolved either on your own or with this link.

My account is also the problem, log in to king.com click on the settings to view the account, suggesting that my mailbox is not verified, I flipped the mail, there is no relevant verification email, how to verify the mailbox

I am using both Facebook and Kingdom, no problem at all and you can use the same email address. Does it work for you too now?
