My problem started on October 6th. I am only on level 1928 and having the same issues, no team games, 4 in a row, kimmies arcade. My notifications tells me I have a reward in the bakery and no bakery. I have not switched to a different device. I have emailed customer support on this and they tell me to go to the community. This is a glitch in the system that technical support should fix.
