BS! there are IT people across the globe. Are you really trying to tell us there is NOBODY at the King Studios after normal business hours? And even if that is normally true this problem occurred last week during business hours, and we got zero information or updates. I understand you may not have the answers but don't tell us customers to do what you have better access to in regard to contacting customer service. People are asking for information by the dozen, and we have gotten little or no feedback. If the Studio doesn't believe it's an issue, then there's a real problem. People are losing things they paid money for and did not get use of. That is called computer theft and is a federal crime.
